A blog that reflects my lifestyle (or at least the way I aspire to live) and hopefully an inspiration to you to lead a fun, healthy and fulfilling life.
Join me in exploring and experimenting with nourishing and good quality produce, clean and fuss-free recipes to suit our everyday lives. Nothing too complicated or fanciful, or that requires too many ingredients. Let’s be realistic!
We live in the real world and sometimes we indulge in naughty food and a glass of wine, and other times we just can’t get access to the best produce or have the time to make our own overnight-soaked organic chickpea hummus or sieve our own grass-fed dairy yoghurt (I’d be lying if I said I’ve ever attempted either of those!!)
So, enjoy your double chocolate cake occasionally (sans guilt please!) but let’s strive to maintain a baseline of a wholesome and nutritious diet, a healthy exercise regimen, and most of all, plenty of fun!
